The Youth Pastors Roundtable at Word of Faith is a collaborative gathering designed to strengthen, equip, and unify youth pastors and ministry leaders who are committed to reaching the next generation. This roundtable creates space for honest conversation, shared wisdom, and strategic dialogue around youth discipleship, leadership development, and ministry sustainability.
Continuing the vision and legacy of Bishop Dale Bronner, alongside the leadership insight of Pastors Kristie and Kirstie, this experience brings youth leaders together for meaningful connection, practical takeaways, and spiritual renewal. Participants will engage in discussion around real-world ministry challenges, effective youth engagement, and building thriving youth communities rooted in faith, excellence, and purpose.
Hosted by Word of Faith Youth Pastor Ronald Stanley, the roundtable is both relational and instructional, offering an opportunity to learn from seasoned leaders while building kingdom relationships with peers. Lunch is provided, and all youth pastors and youth ministry leaders are encouraged to attend.
