Leaders in Training (LIT) Meeting is a leadership development gathering for Ignite students who are ready to grow, serve, and lead with excellence. These meetings focus on spiritual growth, character development, teamwork, and practical leadership skills while preparing students to serve in Ignite and beyond. Expect meaningful discussion, hands-on training, prayer, and opportunities to step into leadership with confidence.
